Warm Up: (2 Rounds)

20 Toe Touches
20 Skips (in place)
20 Fire Hydrants

Workout:

AMRAP 7
20 Step Ups
20 Courtesy Lunges
20 KB/DB Swings
- 3 Min. Rest -
Then complete in total the same amount of rounds and reps in a 10 min time cap.

Cool down:

1 Min. Couch Stretch (L)
1 Min. Couch Stretch (R)
3 Min. Walk
