100 Jump Squats
80 Burpees
60 Air Squats
40 Push-Ups
20 Cossack Squats
1 Mile Run
10 V-Ups
30 “Shot The Moon”
50 Bicycles (L+R=1)
70 Russian Twists (L+R=1)
90 Sit-Ups
Cool Down:
1 Mile Walk
