15 Ground To Overhead
1 Min. Shoulder Press (Each Arm)
400 Meter Run (1/4 Mile)

Workout: 

50-40-30-20-10
KB Swings
Alternating V-Ups

10-20-30-40-50
Burpees
DB Thruster


Cool down: (2 Rounds)

2 Min. Child's Pose
2 Min. Saddle Legs w/ Eagle Arms
