Barbell Apparel, LLC (“Barbell”) Limited Lifetime Replacement and Fit Exchange Guarantee
We pride ourselves on the quality and durability of our products. We offer an industry leading guarantee on our apparel because we are invested in your fitness journey. We want you to love our athletic fit clothing - plain and simple. If you damage your Barbell product, or gain or lose weight and need a different size, we’ll exchange or replace your product as set forth below.
What products does this guarantee apply to?
This guarantee applies to any and all physical goods you purchase from Barbell or a licensed third-party retailer, excluding all final sale products and all discontinued products. This guarantee does not apply to purchases of gift cards or payments of Elite Membership dues. This guarantee is non-transferrable and does not apply to goods purchased from any reseller or unlicensed third-party retailer.
What does this guarantee cover?
This guarantee covers any and all damage, regardless of cause, during the Warranty Period. This guarantee also covers size exchanges needed due to weight loss or gain during the Warranty Period. This guarantee does not apply to any lost, stolen, or destroyed product.
How can I get a replacement if my product is damaged?
If you were an Elite Member at the time you purchased your product and your Membership has remained active and uninterrupted from the time of purchase through the time of your claim, simply submit a photo of the damaged product through your Member account to begin your claim. Please ensure that your photo clearly shows the damage to your product. Our team will review your claim and let you know if any additional information is needed to process your replacement. Once your replacement is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Upon receipt of your damaged product, we will ship you a replacement product at no additional cost.
For all other customers, your replacement will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s MSRP. You must send an email to email@example.com with your full name, email address, description of the damage to product, a photo of the damage, and proof of purchase of the product. Our team will review your claim, let you know if any additional information is required, and, if your replacement is approved, provide you information on how to return your damaged product to us. You must return your damaged product to us at your own expense. Once we receive your damaged product, we will issue you a merchandise discount code redeemable on our website, www.barbellapparel.com, in the amount of 80% of the product’s MSRP.
How can I exchange my product if I need a different size?
All size exchanges after the expiration of the original return/exchange period are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s MSRP. If you need a different size, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and an identification of both the product and size you currently have and the new size you would like to receive. If you purchased your product from a third-party retailer, you must also provide proof of purchase. Our team will review your request and let you know if any additional information is required. If your size exchange is approved, we will provide you information on how to return your old product to us. If you were an Elite Member at the time you purchased your product and your Membership has remained active and uninterrupted from the time of purchase through the time of your claim, we will cover the cost of return shipping; for all other Customers, you must return your old product to us at your own expense. Once we receive your old product, we will ship you a replacement product in the new size you requested.
Will my replacement product be the exact same product I previously purchased?
For all replacement, Barbell will attempt to send you the exact same product that you originally purchased. However, due to regular changes in inventory and other factors, Barbell may not be able to provide the exact same product. Your replacement may be a similar product. Barbell makes no guarantee that any specific product or size will be available or in stock at the time of your replacement or exchange request.
Can my replacement/exchange request be denied?
All replacements and exchanges are subject to Barbell’s approval. Barbell may deny any and all replacement and/or exchange requests as determined in its sole and absolute discretion. Barbell specifically reserves the right to deny any replacement or exchange sought under this guarantee in the event of any suspected abuse or misuse of this policy or any Elite Membership, any failure to provide accurate and truthful information as reasonably requested by Barbell in connection with your replacement or exchange claim, or any other suspected fraudulent act. In no event shall Barbell be liable to any person for any failure or refusal to complete any replacement or exchange requested under this Guarantee.
What is the Warranty Period?
The Warranty Period runs from the time you purchase the product until you sell or otherwise dispose of the product or such time as Barbell discontinues the product or terminates this guarantee. Barbell reserves the right to change the terms of or terminate this guarantee at any time and without any prior notice.
