The Barbell Vanguard Program provides members of participating organizations with exclusive access to Barbell Apparel at significantly reduced pricing.
Created for those who serve and protect their communities, Vanguard provides eligible members with 40% off regular retail pricing on eligible Barbell Apparel products.

What is the Barbell Vanguard Program?
Barbell Vanguard is an exclusive purchasing program available to eligible members of participating organizations.
Vanguard members receive access to special Vanguard Pricing, providing 40% off regular retail pricing on eligible Barbell Apparel products.

How much is the Vanguard discount?
Vanguard members receive 40% off regular retail pricing on eligible products.
Your Vanguard Pricing will be reflected when shopping through your approved Vanguard account.
Can I combine Vanguard Pricing with sales or discount codes?
No.
Vanguard Pricing cannot be combined with other sales, promotions, discount codes, or special offers.
The 40% Vanguard discount replaces other promotional pricing or offers.
What is the Vanguard return policy?
Purchases made through the Vanguard Program are exchange only.
Vanguard purchases are not eligible for refunds or returns for store credit.
Eligible items may be exchanged for:

A different size of the same product, or
-
A comparable item.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
Can I purchase items for someone else?
The Vanguard Program is intended for personal use.
You may use Vanguard Pricing to purchase products for yourself or your spouse, partner, or significant other.
Vanguard Pricing may not be used to purchase products for friends, coworkers, extended family members, or others who are not eligible for the program.
Vanguard benefits also may not be used for bulk purchasing, resale, or other commercial purposes.
Misuse of Vanguard Program benefits may result in removal from the program.
IMPORTANT: Should I save my payment method at checkout?
No. Please do not save your payment method when placing a Vanguard order.
At checkout, you may see an option that reads:
"Save this payment method at checkout and authorize Barbell Apparel to charge it for future purchases for this location. All contacts assigned to this location can use the payment method."
Because Vanguard accounts are organized by participating organization, multiple Vanguard members may be assigned to the same location.
If you save your payment method, other contacts assigned to your Vanguard location may be able to use it for future purchases.
For the security of your payment information, always leave the "Save this payment method" option unchecked.
We're working to improve this part of the Vanguard checkout experience.
Why is my Vanguard account associated with an organization?
Vanguard access is provided through participating agencies, departments, military organizations, businesses, and other approved groups.
Your account is associated with the organization through which you became eligible for the Vanguard Program.
For example, eligible members of the same police department may all be associated with that department's Vanguard organization.
What happens if the item I need for an exchange is unavailable?
All Vanguard exchanges are subject to availability.
If your preferred size or the original product is unavailable, our Customer Experience team can help determine whether an eligible comparable item is available for exchange.
Can my Vanguard access be revoked?
Yes.
The Vanguard Program is an exclusive benefit provided to eligible members of participating organizations.
Barbell Apparel reserves the right to limit or revoke Vanguard access in cases of misuse, including unauthorized purchasing, resale, sharing program access, bulk purchasing, or other activity inconsistent with the intended personal use of the program.
