I usually go with soccer shorts for my work outs because I don’t like to feel any sort of restriction through the thighs and groin. I recently purchased the ranger short and I was a little hesitant given the material. However, the fit wasn’t an issue. While they do hug your thighs, they are flexible with your movements. I routinely do box jumps and similar shorts would have torn. So far these have been up to the task.
