I cannot say enough about these Havok Short Sleeve T-Shirts from Barbell. I am 5'9, 177 lbs and purchased medium shirts that fit perfectly. 8 months ago, I was 216 lbs, fat, and none of my clothing fit well because I was too big. I decided to lose weight last fall, and since the start of this year (2024) I started hitting the gym hard. As I get in better and better shape, my old clothes are too big and baggy. Barbell provides the perfect fit in these Havok shirts. I purchased 3 in different colors. The sleeves are snug around the arms but not too tight, and the length is perfect. I will be buying a lot more from Barbell as I continue my fitness journey.

The shirt fits perfect. Looks great for casual wear and performs well under any cross fit workout or run that I have used it on.

Love the fit. Material is so nice and comfortable. Soft and stretchy. I got the xxl. 6’ 245lbs. The sleeves sit nicely over just the shoulders for a flattering fit. Actually very long shirt on me which is great for pull day workout when I’m doing a lot of reaching up. No worries of belly flashing in this one ;).

If I could change one thing it would be to have the bottom cut in at the sides so that it’s only long in front and back, with a curved cut in at the hips.
