We reached out to our customers to create a team of awesome coaches, and found nine amazing athletes ready to teach you everything from yoga, to muscle building, to HIIT training.

YOGA

Cicily is a yoga instructor from Salt Lake City, UT who believes that teaching yoga is not just a job, but a way of life.  She reflects what she teaches “in the studio” everywhere she goes.

Along with teaching yoga, Cicily also manages a Barbell Apparel store in Salt Lake City.  In her free time, Cicily loves spending time with her 4 kids and immersing herself within her community and city, teaching her kids and those around her to be kind and enjoy life.

Brittany Kohnke  is a personal trainer and strength coach out of West Coast Training Center in Temecula, California and the owner of Brittany Kohnke Training. 

With a Masters of Science in Physical Education, NASM-CPT, and USAPL Club Coach Certifications, and over a decade of experience she loves to help others look, feel, and perform the best they can.

When Brittany isn’t coaching others, she enjoys competing in the sport of powerlifting, traveling, and writing.

Erin is a yoga instructor from Barbell's hometown of Las Vegas, NV.  She is currently working on a Master's in Emergency & Disaster Management and will be entering the Army as a commissioned officer next year.

She has been teaching yoga for 4 years and loves helping her students become more comfortable in their bodies while increasing flexibility through movement.

When Erin is not teaching yoga or studying, she likes to workout, surf, snowboard, and bake.

Brent Simmons is a fitness instructor from Las Vegas, NV. 

With a degree in Exercise Science, his passion is to help his clients achieve their personal fitness goals and overcome any physical and mental barriers that stand in the way of their full potential. 

Brent specializes in hypertrophy training, bodybuilding, and athletic performance.  He also enjoys competing in fitness competitions.

JB’s experience with fitness began at a young age through soccer & boxing.  From club and high school teams in soccer to professional bouts in boxing, he developed a passion to help his fellow teammates, friends and family start, excel, and complete their desired fitness goals. 

For the past decade, he has been fortunate to coach hundreds of clients all over the country and from all different walks of life.

Glenn Powell is a Crossfit Coach and Fitness instructor from Wheaton, IL.  He began his fitness journey in 2013 with Crossfit. 

In 2017 Glenn competed in the North Central Region Crossfit Open.  His finishing place of 66th overall allowed him to advance to the Crossfit Regionals.

Glenn loves to incorporate high energy and enthusiasm to create engaging, motivating fitness experiences.

Cam is a fitness instructor who has been coaching for 7 years. Currently he trains out of Portland, Oregon and has had the opportunity to work with world class athletes such as rowers, motocross athletes, and national sand volleyball players.

His work has led him to great places such as the Nike WHQ in Portland, Oregon, where he has the privilege to work with some of the best athletes in the world. 

An adventurer at heart, Cam loves snowboarding, jet skiing,  and discovering the next best waterfall.

LIVE EVERY SATURDAY AT 10AM EST

Caitlin is passionate about sports, health and fitness. She grew up playing golf and is an avid runner who's completed two marathons. She completed her 200-hr yoga teacher training at Marianne Wells Yoga School in Nosara, Costa Rica and is also NASM-CPT with a golf fitness specialization. 

Caitlin spent the last 18 seasons working in the marketing and communications departments for the Milwaukee Brewers. Recently she started her own communications and marketing company and serves as an adjunct professor at two universities in Wisconsin.

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Michael has been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach for the better part of twenty years.

“Fitness is a lot of what makes me who I am today. I feel that the body is a gift and it’s crucial that we learn how to take care it. It’s the only one we get.” 

Michael’s favorite style of training is a combination of dumbbell and kettlebell training blended with gymnastics and primal movement.  His training philosophy is to be original, informative, daring, and most of all have fun.
